With our extensive resident assessment program we ensure a good fit. You can be confident that your loved one is in a comfortable, safe, and secure environment structured to meet all daily living needs. Our nursing and experienced administrative staff coordinate to prepare a plan of care that gives residents the comfort and assistance they need.

The Home
Comfort is key with five private bedrooms that can accommodate extra large wheelchairs, wide hallways and two large ADA accessible bathrooms. The Sunset House welcomes you with home cooked meals that are created in our modern kitchen. Residents can enjoy a variety of activities in our spacious gathering rooms. Activities are catered to each individual and include crafts sit and be fit exercise programs, gardening, and so much more. Our comprehensive level three care, managed by a registered nurse, offers an extended scope of services from palliative care to hospice. Our caregivers are trained in all aspects of caregiving including dementia care and always with patience and understanding as our foundation.
